The hotel was okay, and I use this term loosely. The rooms were clean and adequate and the staff at the counter were certainly friendly, though did not speak much English or French. The rooms are noisy because of the streets. The hookers come out and proposition you openly once the sun sets. They do not take no very quickly. Instead, they walk with you for a bit, always asking/insisting: " SEX? I do this (fill in blank) to you..."The buffet is a serious joke though, curled up cheese, funny mystery meat, stale cereal, tang juice, ect. My real issue is not this though, I've travelled enough to know what I am getting into and I am okay with that. THE REAL ISSUE- Is the fact that they state one price for your room per night, then bill you for a higher price at check out, knowing full well that you do not have the time to discuss it in depht because of plane top catch, or some other worse fate ( the hookers maybe????) Even with documentation showing their quoted rate to me, they still continued to deny it. So BEWARE of this. my suggestion is to get your rate clear at check in and have somebody from the hotel recognize it.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was airconditioned and okay, however showed some wear and tear from use by not careful customers. Located near central bus and railway stations, at walking distances. Noisy street. Adjacent restaurant not too cozy as e.g. big TV screen on the wall is always switched on producing a lot of (bass) sounds via separate amplification and distribution, staff may seem a bit uninterested, however never rude, food okay. Fair value for money.
