This individual villa from the last century is built on terraces and is situated among flowers and greenery. The hotel overlooks the city of Nice and the Mediterranean sea. You can enjoy a 180° panoramic view from the restaurant and 9 of the 11 existing rooms. This place is ideal for a stop before catching the ferry to Corsica or during a business trip. For a longer stay Valerie and Gino will take care of you! Desire to a refined dinner after a day's walk or work? We welcome you in our panoramic restaurant "Le 360°" every evening (except some days, please contact us) ...on reservation only before 1:00pm. For your business or leisure trips, the Panoramic hotel, due to its strategic location, allows to reach the motorway A8 or la Promenade des Anglais and the old town in just 10 minutes. Monaco and Italy are only a dozen miles along La Grande Corniche with a magnificent view ... For a more “sportive” and educative jaunt, the Vinaigrier park or the observatory (which owns the biggest working lunette in the world) are only at 2,5 km from our hotel…Amateurs to your baskets! Transportation: the minibus n°84 drops you off at the gates of the hotel. It runs 6 / 7 days with frequencies of 30 minutes (Teiras Stop). The tram is only 10 minutes walk. From the train station Riquier (1,3km) there are many buses serving the city center and the neighboring towns (Beaulieu, Villefranche ...), the airport (bus 98). You travel by car, parking facilities are available free of charge on the road or you can book a private car park for 10 Euros a night (on reservation only). We stay at your entire disposal for any information you may require in order to organize at best your stay in Nice (excursion, visits…). Business hours of reception:
