Excellent location, nice rooms. Good value - we were very pleased with our accommodation, bus routes and range of restaurants. Excellent local restaurants - Finestrat is a nice spot on the outskirts of Benidorm. Bar attached to hotel is worth a visit - nice atmosphere and good mix of ages. Breakfast basic, as previous reviewers have noted. That said, the coffee is nice and the bread was very fresh and high quality. We'd go back - give it a go !

I think that we had a premium room. The room and view over the beach was fantastic. The hotel bar doubled as a pub and had the best selection of Single Malts that I have ever seen. Breakfast was a bit of a waste unless you are happy with a croissant and jam. Coffee was good though. The bay and beach are lovely but the area was way too quiet at night and you definitely have to go into Benidorm for some nightlife. (Bus 1euro 20cents to the Square and Taxi back approx 10 Euros).

I thought that the hotel was pleasant and clean, the only downsides to it is that at around 11am each morning it sounds like tables are being pushed across the floors which can be quite noisy if you stay out most of the night and want a lay in! i think it may be that breakfast ends at 11am so the tables and chairs could be getting put away. Speaking about breakfast, it was very basic, only bread and croissants with jam etc and tea/coffee/juice, so we had to eat out which was a shame as we had paid for it with the bedroom. Apart from that, the location was next to the beach which was great! plenty of places to eat locally aswell.

A few steps up to the hotel and no lift, so could be difficult for those with less mobility. Otherwise the staff, hotel and especially the location, was ecellent value for money. Proximity to beach and bars/restaurants could not be bettered. Additionally the balcony to our room was immediately overlooking the beach - wonderful.
