We stayed in Room 8 for two nights. It was a lovely spacious room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with separate tub and shower. The only problem was we had NO HOT WATER for the two days we were there. There was never anyone on the desk when we went to speak to them about it. The first morning we reported it to one of the servers at breakfast who said that this was a normal situation! Later in the evening we finally got one of the waiters who tried to help and we got hot water on the second night for about 5 minutes. When we went to check out and spoke with the young lady on the reception she did not initially believe us (she said that there had been hot water when the cleaning staff had been in the day before) but she then tried to resolve the situation. Although she claimed that hot water was eventually available we were leaving and it certainly wasn't hot enough to bathe or shower. It is unfortunate that this situation arose as otherwise the accommodation and restaurant were absolutely delightful. So if you don't mind not having hot water for your stay then go ahead and reserve, but I won't be going back or recommending it to friends. We did get a 10 Euro reduction on our bill to compensate us but this amount was just a joke.
