Disappointed;Room was big but no quality inside. Looks like a youth hostel inside the room (furnitures & bathroom). Wifi is not free. Free parking and well placed (3 min to the downtown).

The elevator was very small, no internet service and charged too much for food.

Food in Greens restaurant outstanding, although costly - reception couldn't have been more helpful

I would definitely recommend this hotel, it certainly has that extra novelty having a waterfall in the courtyard. I can also recommend Isaacs Restaurant which has a very good menu, however, I would advise people to book because it is very popular. The location of the hotel is perfect too, as it is only a short walk into the centre of town. The parking arrangements are somewhat unusual in that it is in a carpark of a nearby church.

Excellant LocationImpressed with location, skylink bus direct from Airport to Hotel. Hotel was lovely staff very helpful, hotel menu bit pricey so ate breakfast in Cork Coffe Roaster around the corner from Hotel, fabulous coffee...Bus station just moments away takes you cheaply to Blarney castle, Cork Goal and Jameson Distillery in Midleton. Room was comfortable and clean would stay again.

Basic hotel staff were friendly didnt eat there so cant comment. bit far away from the centre of town for me

Pretty good hotel. 5 minute walk to the city. We were on the first floor which is a bit noisy but it didn't really phase us. No air conditioning which was ok, if it gets a bit hot it's a problem because you can't open the windows. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is very roomy. The rooms are big. The restaurant is very nice set beside a waterfall. Would most likely stay here again when visiting Cork.

we had a room at thr front overlooking a major thoroughfare.the noise was appalling - from the drunks falling out of nearby pubs in the early hours to the refuse collection and street washing which started noisily shortly afterwards while it was still dark. the bin men appeared to stop under our window to take a break with all machinery clanking!we didn't get much sleep!!

A very centrally situated hotel that has all the facilities required for the visitor. The car parking arrangements were adequate but despite the distance from the hotel. We would book into this hotel again.

The hotel was well placed for the Railway Station & the city centre. The restaurant was so popular that it was booked up for evening meal.....so we were only able to comment on the breakfast which was lovely..

Arrived late Friday evening and were made very welcome by Marie on reception.Room was warm( a little too warm for me so turned off heating!) and spacious.Ordered Room service both mornings and it arrived promptly with exactly what I ordered. All the hotel associates were very polite and helpful.Only one slight criticism would be the noise from the street was quite loud but this would not stop me staying in Isaacs again.

The hotel is in a really good location for the main street with all the bars, cafes and shops. There was no noise on a night time and the hotel was in a really nice area which had a waterfall outside the main entrance. the staff were very helpful and friendly. they were keen for people staying in the hotel to eat at the bar next door, we decided to go onto the main street as the food in 'Greenes' was very expensive compered to some of the places on St.patricks strt. lovely hotel with nice staff and great location, would definatly stay again.

I read the previous reviews and as I am a light sleeper requested a quieter room. The receptionist noted this and gave me room 105. Perhaps she was being sadistic; the room was near the restaurant, and the loud noise of the fan from the kitchen was really annoying. I went back down to query the possibility of changing rooms and she assured me the fan was turned off at night. Of course it wasn't and on Weds night the restaurant guests didn't leave til 12.00,then at 6.44 in the morning the casks were delivered for the bar!! Sleep ? I got hardly any. The restaurant was always packed so the food must be good and the takings high, pity they don't spend ANY on putting in double-glazing that actually fits, which would eliminate most of their bad reviews in one stroke. The hotel had some nice features..the entrance is like that of 'The Feathers' at Ludlow and the xmas tree by the waterfall looked lovely. It is in need of a good paint job in places but not bad enough quite yet to be off putting, however I value my sleep and will not be visiting again which is a loss for the hotel as next time I need two rooms. Managers take note !

Charge for Internet connection was too expensive, and it didn't worked properly with the wi-fi, system, though after asking for it they provided me a cable .

The hotel is in a superb location for visiting Cork as a tourist. There are many good bars, bistros and restaurants within a very short walk and the town centre is within 5 minutes reach. The airport bus stops right outside and the staion is about 15 minuets away. The hotel has a nice friendly atmosphere and is well maintained.

Hotel very easy to get to by bus from the airport. Just 20 mins. Staff very friendly and helpful. lovely seating area in the coutyard beside the waterfall. Only downside was the noise of peaople sitting there late at night chatting if you had your bedroom window open.

The Hotel provides secure car parking in a nearby church ground, which is an excellent facility.

I always stay at this hotel and always will however my last stay over 3 nights was not so great. The room was at the front of the hotel and with no air conditioning meant I had to keep the windon open and the noise from the traffic and the bars and late night revellers meant I got no sleep for the entire 3 nights. If staying at this hotel please ask for a room at the back of the hotel overlooking the water fall. This time the 294 euro was not value for money.
