This hotel is rated as a four star - Nice decor doth not a four star make. Sure, the bathroom was cool and the room was nice, but the staff is three star, the amenities are two star, the bar is two star... It's not worth the price if you want a four star experience.

A/C unit IN the room?! I mean the part that is usually in your garage. That BIG part. Its actually in the room. Talk about noise, and only when its on. Can you imagine the difference in noise off and on? The room that was given had food crumbs on the bed. They also said they ran out of shampoo. A hotel running out of little shampoos? All that was actually tolerable. What wasnt was that there was no hot water. FOR FIVE DAYS. Told the desk. They looked in to it. Nothing ever improved.

Did not restock grooming products, had to call house keeping for TP and shampoo.

I have to say that some of the Staff and Customer Service (mainly at front desk) was Great. Room service food - was extremely slow, bad food, and just simply the wrong food so that's why I had to give the OK rating. This is kind of funny but we asked for directions to a nearby restaurant and the desk clerk pointed in the completely wrong direction so we're walking in the rain no doubt to get there BUT she realized her mistake and sent someone chasing after us with the proper directions. Unfortunate for us - Yes but they did make up for it. Cool colors for sure, loved the shower and yes it's a little noisy but not that bad. Really the only issue with the noise because of the flooring was the early morning cleaning crew in the hallways talking to each other.

I LOVE this place!! I have traveled for business purposes for the last 12 years and have never written a review about a hotel stay before. My friends say I'm extra "snooty" when it comes to hotels, so if I find a brand that works, I tend to look for that hotel in every city and country that I travel to. This hotel is by far the best boutique hotel I have EVER stayed in. I travel to Nashville monthly and usually stay at a 5 star hotel that is basically across the street and double the price....never again!! I was in a corner room on the 8th floor and was able to enjoy the outdoor patio on the roof that was ultra romantic and had a great view of the city. The hardwood floors and the open corner shower was also a plus. Even though my air conditioner was not working properly on this hot TN summer night, I still enjoyed my stay and have already recommended it to several friends and colleagues. I can't wait to get back!!

We stayed at Hotel Indigo for one night while we were in Nashville for a wedding. The hotel and our room were spotless and featured an array of murals and pictures of musical instruments. Our (king bed) room was huge, and the bed was very comfortable. Since the closet was built into one corner of the room, it was very small, but it worked just fine for our short trip. The bathroom had a large doorless shower, no bath tub, and nice bath products. The hotel is a short cab ride from downtown Nashville.

When we arrived at the hotel and entered from the garage onto the 2nd floor before we made it to the front to check in, we thought the hallways looked worn and not at all like the pics of the hotel and were a little worried. However, the front desk person was very pleasant and our room was exactly like the pictures. The location is great and the room amenities were great. We travel all over the world and this hotel was very European in its decor and a very pleasant place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really high-end.

A new hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful color schemes, large comfortable rooms with Plasma TVs. Awkward, single cup coffee maker. Good location in a very walkable part of town. Great Japanese restaurant attached to hotel!

We were very impressed with this hotel! Great location! Very close to all of the excitement downtown! Everything was very clean and VERY nice...the most amazing pillows you will ever sleep on! Our room was very large. The only downfall we found with the hotel at all was the parking! $20 to park in their garage per night! I've never stayed in a hotel where you pay this much for the room and then have to pay for your parking on top of it! But on the weekend, parking on the street is free, and so that's what we did and were actually closer than if we had parked in the garage!

This hotel was great! The decor was extremely modern, yet not pretentious. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived until our departure.

The hotel was very trendy and very cool. Some of the room cleanliness left a little something to be desired but all in all it was a great trip and a great stay. The amenities in the room were great and the hotel was fun.

Being an out-of-town songwriter, this place was perfect. Rooms and beds are great. Free Wifi. Nice Fitness room. Couple treadmills, elicticals and a single bench with dumbbell rack. The decor is awesome. Guitars everywhere! Only bummer was no continental breakfast. Took the walk to Jack-in-the-box in the morning. Has a nice cafe but being on a budget, I chose to eat and drink elsewhere.

GEORGEOUS place to stay...fantastic value for the money. When you walked into the hotel there was always this wonderful aroma...not sure what it was, but they definitley take the "spa feel" seriously when it comes to their facilities. I would absolutely stay here again. However, make sure you plan for about 20ish bucks for parking each day in the garage.

Hotel Indigo was in the area we needed and at the price that fit in our budget. Had issues with the shower and housekeeping but generally satisfied. When we had the front desk call for a taxi upon our departure to our suprise one was not called but rather a very expensive towncar. It took so long for the towncar to arrive that we had no choice as we would not make our flight. I'm very disappointed that the front desk agent called a towncar (which pays the desk agents on average of $7 in commission) rather than the taxi we requested.
