Nice beds, friendly people, nice decors. The hotel was all a positive surprise. Rooms are a bit small. The Hotel was a great positive surprise. Quiet, nice rooms, even if they are a bit small. Very nice beds.

Nothing. Access is poor, AC does not work, shower leaks on floor. Most everything in previous reviews is true. Access to the entrance is poor, shower has no door & water flows out into the bath room. AC do not keep room cool. Noisy.

It was such a peaceful atmosphere. Food was expensive. I enjoyed my experience, the hotel was convenient to all expressways and shopping.The hotel was clean ; my room was cleaned each and every day.The decor was awesome.

Large room , very clean, good value for the money we spent. The hotel was in a state of flux from a Crowne Plaza, and no room service. Mostly for the business traveler in conventions and the large hospital is within a short walk but there is nothing right there in terms of a bite to eat to walk except hotel which was ok but not for a week without a car all the time.

My husband and I loved the beds and pillows. He also was not allergic to the sheets. The floor got wet almost everytime we took a shower until we put the head facing the wall. We would definitely try to return to this hotel when we visit my 93 year old mother at the Palace Gardens in Homestead.

Decor. Shower stalls had no curtain, glass partition allowed water to get all over the place. Although the decor is nice, there was no TV remote in room and then it took about 30 minutes for one to be delivered.

The front desk people are very nice. Ihad one day my room did not get service at all. It is a good hotel for business and nice for leisure for a short time.

I loved the way they gave us Aveda products (soap, shampoo, etc). They had a full fledged business center which we could use without any extra payments. The floor inside the room was sticky. The shower design was the worstI have ever seen. Decent place to stay.

The beds were amazing! TV cable didn't work. Hotel Indigo was great. It was in a good location and the rooms were all renovated, tasteful, and gorgeous. I love the theme. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. Checkout was a snap.

Comfortable bed/mattress/pillows and friendly staff. Old TV. Staff at the Hotel Indigo was very friendly and helpful. Our king-size bed had a nice comfortable mattress and great pillows. Loved the shower with the nice faucet; felt like a rain forest. Loved the Indigo smoothie for breakfast.
