Usually pretty nice and comfortable, but this time around there was loud music by the pool almost every night until 10 or 11pm. Wished they found a way to make the place "hip & happening" without distrubing other guests.

Room wastoo small, broken elevator, andno room service menu in the room. Decor of the room. My room was as small as a leftover broom closet. One elevator was broken during a crowded stay, no room service menu, and parking lot access below was by elevator only so you had to wait a long time for that.

We stayed last Saturday night and were VERY pleased with the hotel. Everything is NEW, it has a New York, Asian feel to the entire facility. Sheets were great, flat screen tv and desk very helpful. Our ac did not work so they quickly explained that everything was completely remodeled and moved us to a new room and offered a breakfast-no time for that but seems like they are very much wanting to please. Nice Aveda products in bathroom also. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A great bargain for the price.

Hotel was just what I needed, inexpensive and 500 yards from the MBTA train station to take the "T" into Boston to watch the Red Sox. The rooms are little bit smaller that usual but the decor of the room was great. The pool area looked fantastic with 3 or 4 cabanas around the pool. The restaurant/bar at the hotel was excellent.

Excellent front desk staff. Room really small.

This hotel was amazing from when we first walked in the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice surprise! My husband and I were so impressed with this hotel. If you think its great during the day, just wait until night! The pool area is amazing.

Decor was unique and lounge. The stay would have been perfect except there should be a microwave for public use. They expect guest to pay $15 per day. The hotel was great. The decor was unique and Eco friendly. I certainly did not feel like I was in the typical family hotel. The pool was amazing and restaurant was great.

I am an ex-flight attendant so you can imagine some of the dives I've stayed in. This hotel was nice and clean (probably one of the cleanest ever). It was very updated and kind of trendy. We had a problem with the A/C working and they sent someone right up to fix the problem. It was really close to the subway system so easy access to the city, though about a 45 minute ride into the heart of Boston. It is in a quiet area so you are away from it all so it is easy to relax. Unfortunately I wasn't at the hotel enough to use the pool and hot tub (they close around 8 which was right around the time I would have liked to use them). The business center was nice with free internet access and free printouts. There weren't really any food options that were close enough to walk to so we had to order in because the hotel's restaurant was pricey. All in all it was a very nice place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice decor. Covered parking was full of columns to avoid. No bathtub in bathroom, a must for some. Hotel is nice for short stays with easy location on and off highways, but still road noise. No bathtub in bathroom to relax after long day. European feel. Stair or elevator dependent to reach all amenities. Covered parking a bit of an obstacle course with columns and blind corners. staff was exceptionally nice.

The room is clean like new and it is a quiet place. However the location is not that good.

Room was beautiful, very clean. Bathroom was gorgeous. The parking garage, very tight squeeze.

the Hotel Indigo is a nice, laid back place. the rooms have wood-like floors, comfortable, pleasant on the eye.The bathroom is clean and modern, just a bit lacking on direct lighting. The recent renovations are tasteful and the noise level from the highway and t-station on either side of the hotel has been decreased significantly, not an issue anymore. Nice big screen cable TV. The staff was very friendly, all of them encountered. the restaurant had very good food but was way overpriced with small servings. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or fitness center. I plan on returning for the transportation convenience of the T to get in and out of Boston, easy access for my car to the Mass Pike and the significant financial savings from staying a bit out of town. It took about 1/2 hour to walk from my room, to the T, on the subway and disembarking downtown...and it is a nice ride, through suburban-like areas. It's my place of choice to stay when I need to spend extended times in Boston/Cambridge, for business or pleasure.

Stylish and clean. I experienced some delay at front desk while checking in. This hotel had a very interesting and unique style. The room was pleasant and clean. There seemed to be some lively nightlife at the bar or restaurant, although I didn't see that up close. Parking was convenient.

Calming music and subtle wafting fragrance greet you as you enter Hotel Indigo from their parking lot. The hotel is lovely and offers a serene environment for the weary business traveler. The rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings for either working or sitting with your feet propped up. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. A very pleasant place to stay!

The Hotel Indigo was easy to find and the front desk staff were very helpful. This hotel has been recently refurbished with high quality upgrades. The bed was comfortable but had a wooden surround that was tough on our ankles. The bathroom was nicely set up with a large walk in shower but we could not get the water any hotter than luke warm. That said it was refreshing! The breakfast service downstairs was a challenge. Food was ordered and it did not come , the order apparently never went through to the kitchen. After 45 minutes and reordering we gave up. But the coffee was good. There is a lovely pool and a good workout room. The new age tinkly music throughout the common areas was irritating rather than relaxing.

Great location, and extremely friendly. Lack of shelf space in bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff could not have been friendlier. Very clean, rooms well appointed, beds very comfortable. Great location, next to the Riverside T station, making it very convenient to get into Boston. In a very safe, upscale neighborhood.

The Indigo was our second choice for a family visit and we enjoyed it so much that it has become our first choice for our next visit. The rooms were beautiful, functional and committed to our environment.

This was my almost perfect Boston area hotel, with user friendly modern design furnishings, organic towels and products!

Accommodating, pleasant, clean and wonderful. Great location off the Mass Turnpike! Within walking distance to the mass transit train station.
