WE were disappointed in the size of the room (very small)and we don't think it was worthy of a 4 star. Breakfast was very nice.

The rooms are very compact one might say small; for one person acceptable but for two extremely cramped. Rigid shower heads fitted too low for anyone of height above 1.8m.

This hotel is in a great spot, close to transport, great service. Rooms are small very more than adequate for a weekend in the city!

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, linen fresh and clean. Tv on the wall was a bonus (fairly large) Hotel was very handy to transport and city and very quiet.Service by staff was excellent. I would thoroughly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in sydney!

Basic room facilities, very small rooms, limited breakfast selection, good flatscreen tv, great location in the heart of the main shopping strip of the CBD.

The $7 for a luggage locker is a bit steep. There are better breakfasts near at hand too.

Great location and reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Overall a good hotel. Breakfast - simple buffet, but enough options to choose from (cereals, fruits, juices, English breakfast, tasty coffee,....). The location is perfect - very central and convenient. One small drawback - the hotel does not have a free storage room facility for the luggage. Storage lockers are situated in the basement and they cost extra 7 AUD.

the hotel breakfast is too boring, veryday is the same thing, and some days the fruits is really no good.

In the China town area, don't feel like we are in Australia. Close to Train station and it was good.

The location is fabulous. Also the deal they do with the parking is also very useful.

There were 2 of us - J.Lee & B.Schonfelt - We stayed here last year as well - so obviously we felt it was good though last year it cost less & breakfast was included. The huge beds were wonderful & the shower was fixed when I requested. One thing we were sorry about was not seeing more of Jorge our lovely receptionist!
