The hotel overall has good rooms and services. However they started major building work, meaning a third of the room will have to face constant noise from 7am to 6pm including Saturday, so consider this before booking.

The food provided for breakfast seemed poor quality, (bad tasting coffee, dry buns, did not try cooked food as did not like look of it, but some in my party did try and said it was not good). The room (on 5th floor), had excellent views of the harbour, and this is why I gave it a 4, but considering it was described as a junior suite, I could not see much difference to other rooms, (which also had good views and jacuzzi bath). There was a smell (sulphur?) in some of the rooms, and we wondered whether this was from the jacuzzi holes. Staff were friendly and polite.

Evening Receptionist could have been more welcoming. Fittings a bit worn eg carpets. but clean enough, nice residential area and near port and port pi shopping centre and no 1 bus to airport.

A wonderful stay at Horizonte I can`t share the opinions of some of the clients.I think they must be mistaken.Last month I visited Palma de mallorca. I stayed at Horizonte hotel. So I describe the hotel to help the clients make the best choice.The view of Palma harbor and the sea from horizonte is wonderful. After taking your breakfast, you can look at the sun rise. The hotel's surrounding is very good for shopping (Porto Pi Shopping center is near). Close by there are taxi and bus stops as well. The leisure activity options at the hotel are good. Checking-in is a pleasant procedure. The quality of the service is very satisfactory. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel are perfect. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas is pleasant. The atmosphere inside the hotel is very friendly and familiar. From the reception to the eating room, I make myself home. The hotel has a good value for money.

good hotel if you compere the price, we got room with view to the sea so we were happy, bet needed to pay extra for that, anyway it could be cleaner room as well. would not reccomend this hotel who has problemswith legs and can not walk alot, so many stairs, steps, if you wanna get to the bus stop or restaurant.

Very good hotel, more than only 2 stars!

The breakfast is poor value - if you can have a room only deal go for it. We visited out of season, we got a beautiful room with views accross the harbour, amazing at night and in the morning to enjoy the balcony and soak up the vista.Staff were very helpful.Walk to town about 15 minutes - not the best location, the walk involves lots of steps or slopes so not good for some.
