nice,modern,clean and comfortable.located in a super convinient area 10 minutes from the city center on the bus.the bus stop is directly infront of the hotel.the esplanade is perfect for early morning walks by the sea.most rooms,even those on the sides have views of the sea.would go back with pleasure.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Almost all rooms have views over the sea, however the front ones are slightly more expensive. The hotel is located on the promenade and well linked to public transport. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and takes you to the city in 15 minutes. The same bus takes you to the train station where you can take the old train to Soller. A panoramic ride. The breakfast is great with variety and the dinner excellent too. The only downside as with most hotels is that the soundproofing is not working. You can hear everything from next doors and can be pretty annoying if you get noisy and loud guests. otherwise not only would recommend but we cannot wait to return.

We found the hotel to be excellent - good food, pleasant service, excellent situation. Only problem ,with one of the party being in wheelchair, some parts of hotel,including pool area ,were difficult to access because of stairs.The room provided was quite adequate for disabled use.The stay ,for ten days, was very enjoyable.Predominately occupied by German guests.

Excellent HotelBefore going I was a little worried as most reviews state that this hotel is in a very German part of the island. I have to agree that it is, but it means that there are no chavs or late night excessive noise that you get from other parts.The hotel is amazing. Clean, tidy, worth upgrading to rooms with balconys. The food is plentiful and so much to choose from. Would rate this as one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.The staff are excellent and very helpful, the beach outside the front door is clean and there is plenty to do in the area and it is extremely well connected to all areas of the island by public transport.

This is an excellent, well organised hotel ,deserves its 3 Star rating and can be recommended. There are some problems for disabled people , there are several steps to pool area and other areas.As the clientele are mainly German ,the language problem arises if you are English speaking, if wishing to socialise. Reception staff good with English and helpful.

The hotel was fine, with half-board. However, I think it would be cheaper to get the hotel through a package tour than paying 60 euros for a single. It is at the end of the Playa de Palma, El Arenal Beach. In general, it was fine, a typical 3-star beach hotel.

The Hotel was listed as being in Playa de Palma but it is actually located in El Arenal which is a 100% German resort. The Hotel didnt cater for the British at all and so i was very dissapointed with laterooms desription of its location being in Playa de Palma which caters mainly for the English . Over all the Hotel is nice if your German but horrible if your English.

Superb location, beach front with a great esplanade full of restaurants, gift shops and small supermarkets fronted by a long line of palm trees. We did go off season when it was beautifully sunny and warm but very quiet. Rooms basic but clean and airy. The daily buffet was of a good quality but after time, a touch repetitive. We enjoyed our time here and would be happy to go again.
