Room was upgraded at no cost due to availability. Room had been used for smoking. Great location and friendly staff.

On site parking involves valet parking by the porters - usually car returned in 5 mins, but 30 min delay in the early morning caused us to be late checking in at the airport.

Location is fantastic and the staff very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the in room internet connection. Over priced and slow. That was the only down side. We would stay there again, and in fact, have done so.

We only had a very short one night stay but everything was just right. If there was anything at all to comment on was the fact that the hotel staff parked our car but did not tell us there was a fee ($15). Of course we paid it but as some hotels have theirown free parking we were a bit surprised, however this is of little consequence. The other thing would have been nice not to be placed in the room near the liftwell..always a bit rumbling and can be very noisy. We will however stay there again as the room was particularly comfortable and roomy. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay in a spacious, comfortable room. Staff were friendly, location was handy and the excellent bed and breakfast package was at a great rate. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay in great location. Felt very secure in quiet room. Facilities like TV are outdated. Furniture a little threadbare. Nevertheless, for a simple stop-over, it's good. Would stay again if visiting Christchurch.
