Ideal location and service for late/early flights to and from International Airport. Rooms well appointed

The hotel is a typical airport business hotel - clean, but not fancy. Restaurant is a little expensive for the quality of the food, rooms are small without much view, exercise room is minimal - but you can get a good night's sleep near the airport with a cheap 15-minute shuttle ride back and forth.Most impressive was honesty of the staff. I forgot my wedding ring in the room and called just before my flight departed. The porter and desk clerk retrieved the ring and held it safely until our return five days later. Wonderful!

I would say a short stay hotel parking not free meals only fair quality - not fine dineing in quality and not much choice in walking distance. Friendly staff very attentive in restaurant. Best to stay for early departures as its very close to airport and traffic in auckland can be wicked.

Fine hotel, close to the airport, short bus ride. located right beside britz van rentals, good hotel, would advise to stay. the day you land to get your bearings

Shower head set up meant you could only have a very low power shower. Room felt slightly damp. Otherwise the hotel was no more no less than I would expect from a three star hotel.

The food was excellent (in particularl the breakfast)but the dining room was very cold and lacked character as it was really part of the reception area.
