FeedbackThe staff were all extremely friendly, from the receptionists, management, bar staff and restaurant staff. They could not do enough for us. The hotel has lots of repeat visitors, a large number of them are senior citizens and families. If you are after a party hotel, this is not for you but if you are after somewhere quieter, away from the hussle and bussle of San Antonio this is ideal.We also liked the fact that it was a stones throw away from the sunset strip - I would definately stay there again, great value for money

Overall very impressed, seemed to be one of the only places which priced rooms per person so made it cheaper as I was the only one sleeping in the room. Arrived expecting a small box room, but was a full twin room with balcony which looked all modern and as if it had been refurbished very recently. Aircon worked, electronic safe, nice shower etc. Never tried food so cant comment on that but overall was a great visit :)

this is the first time at the Gran Sol.The staff are fantastic, my room was cleaned every day.Every night i was able to have a good nights sleep, thanks to the hotel and staff. i will be booking again and staying at the Gran Sol

I would definitely stay here again, in fact I cannot believe it is only a 2 star hotel. Really convenient for everything and only a short stroll to the coast and the many seafront bars. Only reason I gave a good for the facilities is that you cannot get dinner here purely that reason. It is of a much better standard than some 3/4 star places that I have stayed.

Second stay at the gran sol - ibiza. everything was fine except 1 thing i wasnt happy about - people shudnt be allowd to play there music in the gardens or around pool area. I know it is ibiza but there are many places for this day & night & i just wanted to chill out somtimes after all the partying & found them guests ignorant.

We chose this hotel based on [Website] reviews and it met our expectations. The location was perfect for getting to the sunset bars of cafe del mar and cafe mambo and just far enough away from the west end. the pool and bar area was perfect for tanning and cheap drinks. The service was better than you would expect from a 2 star hotel with the rooms made up each day and the staff at the counter helpful with advice and even a late checkout. The rooms were basic but had fans, airconditioning, tv and were very clean.
