I thought the Hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This trip was for our Honeymoon and we did as much as we could for the five days we were there. We plan on returning to Paris maybe in a few years and will plan on staying at the Hotel France Louvre.

In a great location with pretty spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel was a great place to come back to after a hard day sightseeing. The hotel did not have a laundry but there is one very close. Helpful staff and great breakfast

Best features were location and helpful staff. Room was clean. The only negatives were we could not get the coffee pot to heat water for our in-room morning coffee, and the TV had no English-language channels. (We assumed we could at least get CNN International.) We did not try the hotel's buffet breakfast priced at 12.5 euros. It was easy to reach the hotel by RER train and metro; the staff kindly stored our luggage for several hours until our room was ready for check-in. Our room faced Rue de Rivoli, which was quite noisy at times during the night.

The lack of plugs for the sink, the minimal quantity of hot drink ingredients and having to unplug the kettle to put the light on, did not not make our stay too enjoyable. The cost of the very poor breakfast is excessive and it should be avoided.

The room was small, but very cozy and clean, bathroom was new, service was excellent. And The location is to die for-The location is everything!!!Absolutely perfect! You are in the heart of Paris. If you like to walk-perfect,everything is close. If you are not a walker-2min. you have Metro station and bus is in the front of hotel.Restorants,shoppings-all around.I will go in this hotel next time, much better than my past visit to Paris-when we ware in Monmartre-it was good, but this location is much better. You just will love it!Just don't bring a lot of things with you-the rooms are small. We had the room on the back and it was very quiet,I don't know about the front/on Rivoli/room,may be this rooms are noisy. This hotel-Defenetly a keeper!!!

The hotel is located unbelievably well: walking distance to Notre Dame, Chatelet station, Marais, Hotel de Ville. There is a nice square up the block with cafes. The hotel itself is tiny: the rooms, the bathrooms, the elevator - all tiny. That's fine, most European hotels are like that. The place was basically clean and the bed was comfortable, so it served its purpose. I was disppointed that the wireless internet connection was very weak, so I kept losing my net access. The view out our window was of a concrete wall, but we had an interior room so at least it was quiet. This was decent value for the money.

Hotel France Louvre has a small room but it is cozy and quiet, clean , convenient to major tourist spots,2 minutes walk to the Metro station, good breakfast buffet and the receptionist speaks English well.I would recommend this hotel.

The France Louvre was right in the heart of Paris! We were greeted by a very nice receptionist, but not shown to our room. The room had everything you would need, but I did wish the bedspread wasn't such a well worn brown color. The air conditioner worked well and although we were on a noisy, busy street, once you closed the window things were perfectly quiet. I have to say that my best rest and most solid sleep was done at this hotel. The breakfast was sensational and it went until 11 am for those of us who like to sleep in. I would have no question about recommending this hotel. Good location, temperature controlled, clean, nice staff and fabulous food. Also, just step outside the door and you are in shopping paradise, within walking distance of the Louvre and Notra Dam.
