Well positioned, but you get what you pay for!Perfectly satisfactory, right outside the station, plenty of restaurants nearby - but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. Public areas were ok, room was comfortable enough, but the bathroom had been cleaned with what seemed to be an ammonia based cleaning product and had a very unpleasant smell. Not enough ventilation to clear the air. I arrived late and left early, so wasn't that bothered by this. I mentioned it to the night receptionsit, who was happy to move me - but I thought it was probably the smae throughout so stayed where I was.

Nearly......You pays your money and takes your choiceThe Florida Hotel is situated next to the Central Station - location won't suit everyone's tastes (with strip clubs and casinos at the rear entrance. It's significantly cheaper than the mid to high price hotels and so a little compromise is to be expected.It's clear that a lot of refurbishment work has been completed but it's not been consistent. You may find yourself in a room with a brand new shower cubicle on what look like 40 year old floor tiles and next to a limescale stained loo. You would hope that the owners will complete the work and provide a real alternative in the City Centre of Antwerp.As a cheap place to crash it was at best OK, would I stay there again - only if i know that the hotel refurbishment work had been fully completed.

Very helpful reception . Room was tired and had dead flies on window sill. Parking good Loaction excelelnt for centre of city
