Flora park, 2 night stopoverWell positioned midway along La Rambla, room at back was quiet. Room was small but has all you need except coffe/tea making facilities. Restaurant is adjoining used for quick breakfast and OK, many places to eat very close by. Staff were fine, polite and effective.Good value midweek but price very high on weekends

Excellent location, friendly staff, rooms clean and warm (we stayed in January!). Only thing we would have liked was some english channels on the tv maybe sky news?

Superb location as long as you're tired enough to sleep at night - the Ramblas stays busy and loud all night, but having breakfast on the little balcony is well worth the noisy small hours. Just get tired or drunk and you'll slepe fine. Super big clean room, and bathroom. Value for money superb I'd say. Also handy that no need to check out before noon. Didn't eat or drink in restaurant - there was too much of Barcelona on the doorstep to discover. As a clean, central base to sleep and ablute the place is unbeatable.

Good clean accommodation, reasonable rates, great customer service, perfect location - right in the middle of the main tourist street in Barcelona, metro station right outside. Surrounded by bars & restaurants (go a short way off the main road for much cheaper dining - highly recommend Fresc Co restaurants - we ate in the one near the port, lunchtimes all you can eat EUR8,5 !!). Probably not the best place to stay with kids, rooms are quite small, and the area can be noisy. Also, as in most tourist areas, there are con-artists and pickpockets, but with a little common sense you will find the area very relaxed and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for adults.

Althou the location is ideal. The cost £170 per night is a disgrace for the quality of hotel. Dont stay here and pay the amount unless you really have too. Not good value for money at all!

My view would definitely be due to the expense of room, €831 for 4 nights. Very basic, clean, no coffee/tea facilities, towel bad quality, small room. On the other hand the location was excellent.
