Lovely, old, restored hotel. Classy dining room for breakfast, with huge selection of foods, linen tablecloths, friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to the "interesting" parts of town.

this hotel is bye far the best 3 * hotel i have ever stayed in. would recomend this hotel for both buisness and pleasure stays;location is ideal just on the edge of the city.

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful to us for finding our way around to getting back to thre airport - they really bent over backwards. Very impressive!

The room does not have an air condition. So it it hot sometimes in the room altought there is a van in the room

Main problem is that just one or two employees can speak english. If you dont know german language you are in big trouble. There is no restaurant inside the hotel.Hotel location is central and you can be anywhere easily but sometimes when you are not in the mood to go out for dinner can be a problem.No aircondition in the room, TV are always showing german channels and if you find an english movie is always translated in german...so you have to learn how to read lips..Breakfast was quite good, with a big selection of food and drinks to choose from.

The staff were excellent and only too willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast buffet was first class. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only concern was that the lift only operated at certain times - not good if you are elderly and based on the 4th floor.
