great hotel for the pricethe hotel is in a convenient place,very close to the hauptbahnhof, room was more than adequate and clean, staff friendly, and usual german breakfast which i love. overall i recommend this hotel to everyone

The Europ a hotel was very basic but the staff just couldnt do enough to help you. They were so friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The mini bar in our rooms was free and re-filled every day, breakfast was free and the hotel had both wireless internet and internet access through two computers they had in reception. The location was brilliant, right by the centre of Franfurt and also a short walk 15 min walk away from the Messe Trade show. Overall we enjoyed are stay and have recommended the hotel to other also. Thanks Again.

Simple, handy and friendlyGreat value room - free WiFi which was really useful. Three minute walk to HauptBahnhof (main railway station) so really easy to get to everywhere. Will certainly return.

Nice persons serving us well. The rooms were small but we were inside just when sleeping.

Noisy DoorsThe locks on the doors were extremely outdated and very noisy. Some of the guests on my floor weren' t very quiet either. One gentleman played music very loud until 11:30 pm: finally somebody asked him to turn it down and he did. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

MY STAYthe room was littal to small not enough space to move around in,,when i enterd the room there was a smell about the place,,when i enter the room it should smell plesent,,this sets up the mood for the rest of the stay,,but staff where helpfull, it was well priced room,,thanks

Very well priced and excellent location, however some sound proofing would be good. Can't comment on the food as I never made it for B/fast.

The food was ok, tasted even better after a goodnight out, the Hotel is 1min away from the train station, the staff are really friendly and the cleaniness is good, the rooms arent as big as they look in the pics, there was 12 0f us and we cramped in to the smallest rooms. i would stay there again because of the staff wh lookafter you.
