Good location, centrally located. Bathroom door didn't close and there was no coffee carafe in the coffee maker. We stayed there the weekend of graduation at the university, so there were lots of loud guests. I had to call the front desk at 4:30 am to ask them to tell the pool party below my window to break quiet down. Which, to the hotel's credit, they did promptly. The pool furniture was worn out and sparse, and the hot tub's water looked dirty. However, there were a lot of families using the facilities. I found the hotel staff to be very pleasant. And I loved the Aveda shampoos, soaps, etc. in the bath.

We were very pleased with our stay at El Encanto Hotel in Las Cruces. The staff were extremely friendly especially the Front desk clerk Angela Torres and the bellman George Jetson. The room was exceptionally clean. We definately would consider staying at this Hotel on our next trip through Las Cruces.

This was a great Hotel, SW Ambience, Clean, Friendly Staff. Shopping mall across the street, Plenty of places to dine within short waling distance. Hotel food was OK, but for price could get better food elsewhere. Meeting rooms were nice. Nice nightclub for relaxing.

I live in Las Cruces and had my wedding reception here. The staff is fabulous. No detail was overlooked. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy. The hotel has been remodeled in Spanish colonial style, and it is beautiful. The night of our wedding we stayed in the Hot Tub room which the hotel decorated with rose petals and roses on the pillows. They also had chocalate dipped strawberries, chilled champagne and glasses waiting for us in our room. If you are getting married in Las Cruces or just want a romantic escape I highly recommend the fabulous Hotel Encanto!!!

The decor is extraordinary. The room and ammenities were top notch and the price affordable. The retaurant service at breakfast was slow.

A lot of walking was required since the only entrance was to the front lobby. Room was comfortable but crowded. Maintenance man didn't want to disturb us to fix rattle in AC fan... ""Girggle"" in bathroom sink. Didn't report since maintenance man didn't want to disturb us...

During our stay the employees were very helpful gave us recommendations wear to shop & dine & any events going on in their area. The hotel staff was very helpful in telling us where to shop & where to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant went out of their way to make certain Mexican foods that was not on their menu, which was a great plus. The hotel & restaurant my parents & my family give this great experience 5 star.

It was a very quiet place, we enjoyed it. No Wi-Fi in room, limited cable. We had a nice experience but would have liked more cable channels and Wi-Fi in the room.

It was in a beautiful scenic location against the mountains. Great location next a couple of malls and grocery store. The pool closed at 10 and we weren't getting back to hotel till almost 10. Very nice. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful lobby with water fountains and comfy seating areas to visit. I would recommend and stay there again.

The beds were very comfortable. There are no mini-refrigerators in the rooms. Overall, a very nice hotel. The restaurant was outstanding and the rooms were extremly comfortable. Also, located across the street from the Mesilla Mall. A definte plus.

Very comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Nice to have a small coffee maker in the room. Wish I could have had a small refrigerator in my room. Very nice, and conveniently located across the street from the Las Cruces Mall (Barnes & Noble, Dillards, etc.). Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff.

"The customer service couldn't have been any sweeter. The price was terrific, due to the Military Discount offered and the location for shopping was very conveniant because of the Mall just across the way. I loved it and hope it stays the same, because I plan to return :)"

Convenient to restaurants, shopping and university campus-everything I needed! The down comforters were not appropriate for heat - need lighter blankets for summer in Las Cruces, NM. Very pleasant. Try to get a room away from the front entrance - the lobby music plays all night. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and convenient. The pool, gym, ATM, restaurant, and necessity shop made it easy to relax after a hard days work because there was no traffic to contend with.

"Nothing is wrong with this hotel. At the price, a great deal. Great location."
