Never to returnHotel being refurbished whilst accommodating guests. Rooms on same floor with mine were painted during the day. When I complained about the strong smell of paint they advised that they would open the windows rather than move us as requested. Unhelpful staff. General decor shabby. Location convenient but on a very noisy road. Only positive.......clean towels and sheets.

good location, just painted room. I would stay again.

The Hotel accommodation was adequate for our needs, however perhaps a room with a bit more space might have been better. Also, coffee/tea making facilities within the room would have been useful. The service from the staff was first class with both the conciergies and the breakfast staff very helpful. We would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again. For location to the centre of Paris, I rate it very highly especially as at first, we considered the Montmatre area.

Paris : A Memorable VacationWe had booked our hotel rooms thru Laterooms.com and were very apprehensive as to how the hotel rooms and customer service will be?However, all our fears & apprehensions proved unfounded. The hotel room was small ( for a family of three) but very nice & clean. The rooms linen were fresh & changed daily. The bathroom was very good with all facilities of a three star hotel. The Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.Overall it was a delightful stay .Me & my family carry very pleasant memories of our stay in the hotel & recommend the hotel to families for a safe & comfortable stay in Paris.

Paris City BreakStaff was really friendly. Room was big enough and clean. Location was great, close to 2/3 Metro's.

Very convenient hotel location wise, it worked well for us but the rooms are very small.

A good safe choiceThe hotel was great, easy to find and on an interesting little road with tempting market stalls. the room was fine and the staff were helpful and friendly. They let us leave our luggage while we went off sight-seeing before our afternoon train, which was particularly helpful. I would go back, perhaps when the euro isn't so strong!

SHORT BREAKThe BIG plus for this hotel was location just 5min walk to Arc de triomphe, about 20min walk from Port mailot where the Bus drops you off, some very nice places to eat near by reasonable, the staff were very helpfull & nice, there is a supermarket a few doors up very handy for a nice reasonable Bt of wine must warn you a Gl. of wine is 6eur . the room was small but ok the tiles in the shower could have done with a good scrub there was a lot of mould, but on the whole would'nt mind staying there again , a kettle in the room would be handy, (must but a travel one)the fridge in the room was handy for holding snacks & the wine, The golden girls N.C.W. limk,Eire

Hotel was central and only a couple of minutes walk from a metro station, staff were really helpful and friendly.

Good location, clean room and bathroom. Room(s) equipped with LCD TVs and small fridges. No kettle. Area very calm and even the first floor rooms overlooking the street OK during the night. The only downside is the hotel's request of full payment immediately upon the check-in and release of the bill on departure (not used to such a procedure). Staff quite pleasant except one guy in the late/night shift on my arrival - a bit offish - ruined my opinon of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, just a ten minute walk to the Champs. The rooms were very clean. The only downside of my stay was when we booked a cab to the airport, there was five of us and when we came in from the airport we paid €50 but when we were leaving we asked at reception to book a cab, they did but when we got to the airport it cost us €85, I would advise that if you are to book a cab be sure of the price first. Apart from that I really enjoyed it and would stay again.

Excellent value and close to Arc de Triomphe and Ternes Metro Station. The front desk staff was helpful and polite and very conversant in English. The area is a fairly nice with high street style shopping two blocks away and a great food market just down the street. Skip the breakfast for €10 and hit any number of close by restaurants. Not huge on charm, but with all of Paris within minutes on the Metro who cares? One thing, no wireless and I didn't find a close by internet cafe - if you're an addict.

A short 5 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe - this hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Lovely quiet street with lots of fruit/bread/fish stalls every day. Lots of little cafes and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again. Also, only a 10 minute walk to the Beauvais Bus Park.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, it was very clean on arrival and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Its a good location just by the Arc de Triumphe and Ternes metro station. I would certainly stay here again although our only downside was just how expensive Paris was to eat and drink.

I would definitely bring my family of 5 back to this hotel. In addition to good quality and service, the price was great for the location.

Excellent location, down a little side street with fantastic little food market, seafood, cheese, coffee, hot food etc. Very close to the metro. The shuttle bus to Paris Beauvais leaves from the Palais des congres so great location within walking distance for late night arrivals and early morning shuttles.

The hotel is very well located for bars, restaurants, metro and the Champs Elyssee. It can be noisy especially for a long stay because the doors to the rooms are very close together therefore lots of slamming and if you have the room next to the lift I can imagine it would be extremely inconvenient. However, the Receptionists are extremely helpful and make you feel very welcome.

We were put into one of the new rooms which was split on to two levels. No hand rail to the bedroom upstairs (bathroom downstairs) and a very narrow curved staircase would not be suitable for an older person. We were charged a 2 euro tax per day on departure which wasn't included in the original confirmed booked price. Brilliant location for central Paris and very near to the Metro.
Date of Stay:

Excellent location on a vibrant street and easy access to Champs-Élysées and the metro. The staff were very polite and helpful. We stayed for four nights and the cleaning service was upto a high standard every day. There was a bedroom television & fridge provided but there was no in-room tea making facility or Fan/Air-Conditioning.With an easy access to cafes and eateries on Rue Poncelet and the surrounding streets, traditional french breakfast was served in the hotel's basement hall at a small extra charge. The hotel is a good value for money and our trip was made very easy because of efficient English speaking staff.
