Enjoyable StayIn the heart of Brugge, great room, service and price via the internet. This property is in the small hotels of the world and the standard is very high. We had two children with us 8 and 10 and they were easily accomodated in the lounge room. Parking is expensive at 25 euro per night but there is street parking close by. Great central location.

ClassicLovely looking romantic and characterfull hotel right on one of the canals. Our room on the top floor had an odd smell to it but was otherwise a great size and very comfortable. Staff were also very friendly and helpfull. No tea or cofee making facilities in the room and although we booked a double we actually got two singles pushed together. But that aside a comfortable place to stay.

a gorgeous hotel terrific for a close to everything trip to Brugge. The loft room was small but for one person perfect, sloping roof, windows looking out over canal and very old building acroos the water. Breakfast in wonderful room everything one could want including the indulgent choicolate fountain and glass of bubbly. Staff very helpful with directions and English spoken very well a wonderful find. would recommend

Very Nice HotelWe had a relly nice stay here. It was only for one night on a larger European tour but the Hotel is ideally situated with lots of character and a lovely room and bathroom. Our 2 kids (7 & 3) shared the sofa bed but they would have been happy to provide another bed if we had wanted.Hotel parking was steep at 25 euros a day but they told us about the public underground car park a 5 min walk away which was a third of the price.Didn't try the restaurant for dinner or breakfast (a bit pricey) but there are plenty of places to eat only a few minutes walk away. All in all I would recommend.

The hotel was all we hoped it would be. Excellent staff, helpful at all times, very well positioned for sightseeing, excellent breakfast and the small swimming pool is ideal for easing away the strains of the day, the terrace at the rear of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing drink. Our room on the first floor at the rear was very comfortable and quiet. Unreservedly highly recommended, we will be returning as soon as possible !

What a Fantastic Hotel for service and location! This was a beautiful hotel, staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have been going to Brugge for several years and decided to treat ourselves to a little luxuryThis was a beautiful hotel, staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have been going to Brugge for several years and decided to treat ourselves to a little luxury this trip. We know the area very well, this hotel was perfectly situated for all the main attractions with fantastic views from our hotel bedroom! Each morning we were greeted by the sound of the church bells! the staff were very helpful indeed and helped to make our stay a very good one. the room service was perfect, our room serviced and beds turned down very discretely every day. a truly 4* service, for which we were most grateful. We will definitely return!

The only reason I have marked down the Value for money category, is that when we went, the pound and the euro were equal, so anywhere in Europe would seem expensive compared to previous experiences. The hotel was excellent and perfectly placed. The room was fabulous and so different from a typical hotel room - lots of authenticity and character.

great location with a great view from the room. Thank you. If I were to make a negaive comment it would be the breakfast room, small and no atmosphere. Otherwise perfect.

great hotel, thoroughly recommend it. if you get offered to upgrade to a junior suite, go for it, it's well worth it....

With decent management, this could be a great spot. If you view it as an expensive guest house, albeit one with a rdiculously expensive breakfast (120 Euros for a family?), you will be very happy. It is not, based on our experience, a small luxury hotel.Let me explain further. This property is mixed in quality. We emailed when booking to ensure that they knew our arrival time and ages of the children. This was acknowledged and then ignored on the night. No towells for the kids and a call that evening to ask the same questions (another £1 roaming fee to Vodafone). Poor, no management systems. The service and facilities are not up to scratch. There is a concierge service but it ends at 17:00 hours. Useless for most hotel visitors. Valet parking claimed but not available. A 5Euro booking admin fee added to the bill but not on the Late Rooms booking. A complacent response from the hotel when raised directly. A swimming pool that is tiny. The luxury services are listed but they are provided at the hotel's convenience rather than to meet customer needs. Nice property. Our room was very dark but otherwise very good. A tight fit for the sofa bed with two kids.

I booked a Superior room, as advertised on Laterooms. On arrival at the hotel, they claimed they had not been told this (until I complained). My confirmation email said \"Superior room\". How is it that this info didn't reach the hotel???Am not sure whether this error was due to the hotel or laterooms...Swimming pool - not open until 10 am (no good for early morning swim!) Beautiful hotel, if pricey, with nice desk staff but not convinced about the management!

Fantastic 1 night stay at the end of our holiday, staff were exceptional, helpful, knowledgable and great customer service attitude. The room was beautiful, lovely accessories and great attention to detail. Housekeeping was faultless. The position of the hotel is terrfiic, and the parking was worth the extra to be so easy to access and to leave. The balance of atmosphere was good, the children were made equally as welcome as we were.

A wonderful little boutique hotel in the centre of Bruges, with great access to both the local museums and all the major tourist haunts. Charming decor, very helpful staff and really nicely done up rooms; I was impressed with the finish of the room I was staying in, which was part of the old coachhouse, and the period furniture adds to the ambience. All in all, a great little trip - I'd definitely stay here again.
