Easy Walking distance to West Barnhof railway station, which has most international trains terminating and bus transfers to airport for 6 euros. Typical old european hotel with a good breakfast included in the price. Would use it again

A good option for somebody who want to stay near Mariahilferstrasse.

This hotel has very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Located next to Mariahilfer-Straße, due to the good connections via subway or tram very close to all the sightseeing spots. Will stay there again if I'll come to see Vienna again.

Excellent service. Good room size. Located right opposite to a theatre, if open the window at night could be quite noisy when a show finished late night. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room but the weather was pretty mild so that was fine. the breakfast was GREAT! great selection and for this price can't really ask for more. located at the end of a busy shopping street. pretty handy for shopping but a bit far from main attractions. takes around 45 minutes walking distance to the palace/parliament etc.

the hotel was in pergect location near trams and metro station(5 minutes walk). the receptionists were very friendly and the price good!!! breakfast was ok with variety of things!!!!! we need more heat in the room and a better room service because the did not change the bed they just make it

This is certainly not a 3-star hotel. The bed we had was terrible hard. We had to ask extra blankets which we placed above the bed, so we could sleep on the blankets. We had a room on the first floor and on the street side, it was quite noisy early in the morning. The employees were very helpful though, some of them speaks english well. For the stars this hotel has and the price we had to pay we expected more quality and facilities from this hotel.
