We have just recently returned ( 2 couples) from a one week holiday in Jersey. We stayed, half board, at the Hotel Christina and had a really pleasant time. The facilities and service were excellent and the room adequate for our needs. The staff were really friendly, helpful and warm. Everybody smiled and welcomed us. The only drawback is the drive access to the hotel - one has to be careful. It's certainly challenging - apart from that, it's a brilliant experience.

All the staff were excellent - very efficient, polite and helpful. The food and restaurant service were first class. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our flight home was cancelled and we returned for an additional night at the Cristina. The same excellent standards were maintained.

The conditionof the whole hotel is excellent and must have been recently completely renovated. We only ate there one night, and although the quality was excellent, I thought it was rather pricey, so were the drinks ,which were more expensive than other places we dined at. But apart from that - excellent all round.

The hotel is in an excellent location for views of the bay and the view from the restaurant at breakfast time was stunning.All of the staff from reception, the waiters and the maids were very friendly and helpful at all times.The room was kept very clean and had a lovely view overlooking the pool and the sea behind that, the pool was kept luke warm and had someone swimming in it in the rain with no issues at all and in the evening the pool looked lovely lit in blue with the lights on the coast behind that.In the restaurant the staff were very professional and always looking around to ensure that you were looked after and responded to quickly backed up by the head waiter who was always checking to see that all was in order.The food was also excellent.The only thing that I found a bit tricky was driving into the entrance of the hotel from the main road if going up the hill then turning left into the hotel road is very sharp and can be dangarous so better to go past it then come down the hill and drive in that way.Overall I found the two days that I spent there very relaxing, just what I was looking forward to for a weekend break.This is one hoteI that I would definitely return to again.

What a loverly Hotel. I have to travel to Jersey 3 or 4 times a year, and i will be back . I had to leave at 6:00 am and they delivered a hot continental breakfast to my door at 5:30 . what fantastic customer service

The hotel is very well located ona hill overlooking the sea with beautiful views and great gardens. It has easy access to the beach. The staff was very helpful and my daughter of 8 years and myself , really enjoyed our stay .

An excellently situated hotel with panoramic views towards St Helier & St Aubin and five minutes down hill/steps to fab beach and promenade. Great evening meals at reasonable (for jersey) prices especially if prebooked

Good service, some staff hard to find in hurry, so have a bit of spare time available. Really good value weekend break. Food excellent.

well located, and very helpful staff. set in a lovely hilltop setting with views from the bar and breakfast lounge, and a lot of the bedrooms that are better than superb! lovelywell tended gardens. pool warm, but beware, it gets deep very suddenly, and no signs or markings to tell you where and when. pool unattended, and not easy to summons help if needed. towels in room were cheap, and no biscuits on the tea tray. awful piped music with breakfast, and a lack of veggie options...generally ok, but felt a bit plastic and was cvery obviously a "chain" hotel( Dolan group i think)
