Hotel is lovely, staff could be a bit more welcoming and friendly to guests. They want to charge extra for many things, bottled water, internet service. Other hotels I visited in Vietnam offered these free of charge. Breakfast is good. Good location, in heart of a lot of action. A bit noisy at night

hotel is located in the middle of everything, on city's main square. close to markets and shops and restaurants, as well as other 5 star hotels of Saigon.
