I've stayed at the Conrad a number of times previously and the service and welcome is always amazing. The rooms are lovely and they have the best high beds and gorgeous bathrooms - really maxes travelling a lovely experience...

The front desk customer service was excellent! The floor plan felt like a maze at times. (room floors) The Front Desk reception was 5 star well done. The facility was elegant and calming with a keen attention to the customer's needs. There was a complimentary Rubber Ducky next to the bath and fresh fruit to let the customer know they were truly welcome. The gift shop staff was also very helpful and engaging with a wide selection of interesting things for such a relatively small shop.

Absolutely wonderful hotel to stay and the staff are friendly and professional, 5 star quality. My only two suggestions for improvement is the breakfast tea, way too weak for anyone to taste any tea flavor and the shower mixer is not consistent, too hot for a minute every now and then.

I've stayed here twice and a great visit each time. The executive rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is nice.

Fantastic rooms with huge marble baths. Complementary fruit basket and bears upon arrival. Internet access was very expensive, true for Asian hotels. This hotel epitomizes Singapore, just perfect. Clean and large spaces. The hotel is within walking distance to the river front, attached to several malls and yes many delicious ethnic eateries surround the hotel.

My daughter smell cigarette on that floor ,while I saw nearby room the guy smoke in front of his room. There should not happen on non-smoking floor. However, I like the service and cleanliness from this hotel. Hotel don't have SGD 100 bank note for my exchange . Quite surprisingly for 5 star hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and the service is excellent. Large functional business rooms and executive floor. Only 15 mins from the airport and close to shops for that last minute bargain. Highly recomended.

Beautiful room, luxurious amenities, very spacious. Staff kept pestering me to know when I was leaving, even though I kept telling them: 12 noon. Very nice hotel, I¿d be pleased to stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was lovely; it's nice to have a separate shower. Toiletries very high quality. Excellent restaurants just outside the hotel (uberburger, devil fusion).

Ive stayed in many hotels in Singapore and i know when it comes to service im very particular but when it comes to the conrad it was all too perfect the service with a personal touch the elegant Club Rooms thats why when i need a weekend getaway conrad is my brand, its great for both business and pleasure, friendly and well trained staff and even when your a regular they would make an effort to make your stay an even more memoriable one.

Attentive staff, excellent room. Impeccable service end to end, from porter upon arrival, thru check in, checkout, to bellman loading our taxi upon departure. Room was changed with apologies after a faulty door. Location close to mtr. Turndown service was nice touch. Couldn't ask for better room amenities.

Recognition of Hilton Frequent Guest program. Location- away from transport, entertainment and shopping. Great hotel (apart from location), excellent staff, restaurants and facilities. Deserves special commendation for recognizing Hilton frequent guest program membership on bookings.

Just gorgeous and elegant. They made us feel very special and room was divine! Price of the buffet breakfast The location is fantastic and next door to a mall and the hotel is just outstanding! Small wonderful touches made it feel first rate and very memorable.

Excellent service- anticipated needs. The towels were a little thin & scratchy. The duvet cover on the King bed could have been a larger. Lovely hotel with 5 star amenities with the exception of the towels which could have been softer. Service is excellent, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please guests. Anticipated needs of guests. Would highly recommend to any visitor of Singapore.

The concierge was very helpful in making our plans to see Singapore. It is a efficient business hotel conveniently located near the convention center. Friendly service. Available when you need them. Did get a smoking room when I did not want one. This was the only downside since I was traveling with my 8 year old son.

The location was perfect, and the hotel was beautiful. This hotel is in a great location, and the staff was amazing. Our bedroom was very large and the bathroom was beautiful. All of Singapore is exceptionally clean, and this hotel is no exception. I recommend The Conrad.
