2nd stay, this time for job! Still happy with room and service (tiny but clean) and yeah tram is finished, best transportation too sea, old down and fair center, very good breakfast!

Solid, cheap optionI stayed her for a weekend and basically just needed somewhere to rest my head and this did the job. Basic, but clean, the hotel is a good cheap (by Nice standards) option if you are staying in Nice. The area is safe and is right by the tram that will get you anywhere you need to go. The walls are not the thickest so there might be a bit of noise from time to time but I'm a sound sleeper so it was no problem. Staff are friendly though and showers etc..good. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel room I'd splash out a bit more but really if you are just looking for somewhere to dump your bag and rest your head then this should more than do the job.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram line which goes directly through the center of town and to the old city. Our stay was in a lovely, very small and cosy studio apartment. The staff was nice and always helpful.

Well located, close to the tram lines. Car parking available for euro 12 per day. Tight but accesable. Room clean but on the small size. Breakfast cold buffet, self service, good value. Staff speak several languages including perfect english. We would have no hesitation in returning for a short stay.

Rooms are very basic with no air conditioning or fan so they were very hot and stuffy. The bath was tiny and rundown. Very noisy hotel, both from other floors/rooms and the street outside. Far away from the beach as well. The only good things about this hotel were the great staff working there, who were so friendly and helpful and the included breakfast which was great!

Hotel Comte De NiceGood basic clean hotel well situated for the train station and the high street. It was a bit noisy outside on one night and the walls were a bit thin so earplugs would be beneficial. After dark that end of town doesn't feel the safest if you are alone. One of the better budget hotels in Nice.

Hotel a bit out of the way very very basic was like a school camp facilities. Breakfast basic but ok and close to the tram that takes you to the water. close to train station as well. Nothing notable about the staff. I would stay there again would want better facilities.

Very nice and clean. The only negative thing was that it was very loud, but that was as small price to pay. Inexpensive and very nice. Good quality for the value.

Very good cheap and friendly hotel. Perfect location for the main train station and the tram stop. The hotel is also next to a large car park which has free parking overnight. We were on a business trip and in need of the internet connection which was down, however the staff were very helpful to keep trying to fix the problem until we were connected. They have recently decorated the communal areas which is very nice, but the rooms could also be done, hopefully they will be soon. Some rooms are odd shapes and a bit small. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms which was a big draw back for us. Coffee could be purchased by reception, but was very expensive and the machine only provided half a cup. We would stay here again if it was for a minimum of 2 nights.

They let us choose room after viewing. so we could have a spacious room. Break fast is ok. Preferably, I wanted to stay nearby beach, however, we could still walk to the station and beach.
