Me & my partner stayed here for the Grand Prix for 3 night and 4 days. The location is absolutely perfect, in walking proximity to trams, stations and shopping! As per other reviews, the tv had pretty bad reception. The room was cozy and spacious enough for 2. Unfortunately we were given a room close to the store room and we had absolutely no views of anything. Looking out the window we saw 3 walls and a roof filled with cigarette butts! I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, so went out instead. The room was kept very clean and looked after by the cleaners. As for other reviews again, I didn't find the reception staff to be very friendly either. I was grateful though as we arrived at 10.30 and check in isn't until 2pm, they were happy to put away our luggage.

I have finally found "THE PERFECT HOTEL"- Hotel Causeway Melbourne, was one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. Every request at reception, was handled promptly. The room was all that a person needed for the time I was there. The breakfast - so nice! I will always stay there, while in Melbourne. Thankyou to all kind staff.

Great spot right in the centre of the city. Staff are friendly and happy to offer assistance. The rooms are very clean and modern, offering a great night's sleep or place to relax.

The staff were very warm in manner, and informative and eager to please. Nothing was a problem to them when requesting my needs. The location was perfect and the facilities were ideal. I look forward to staying again.

Being our first trip to Melbourne, it was made even more enjoyable by the fact we stayed here. Excelllent service, locaton was fantastic, right in the hub of the city and the breakfast each morning was always fresh and plentifull. Will return without hesitation! Very pleased with our stay. The hotel location was very good with easy access to the tram, cafes and places of interest. The staff, in particular Ashley, was very helpful and attentive. The room was of good size and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
