Hotel Borik

Hotel Borik is located in the heart of the little village of Lumbarda, only a few steps from the main street and with a view on the marina Lumbarda and the Peljesac peninsula. The hotel's beautiful building is the former stone summer palace of the Mirosevic family, today with about twenty renovated rooms with air conditioning. The annexe Borik is located behind the hotel and has further 60 renovated rooms with a balcony. All the rooms are equipped with: bathroom (showerwc, hair-dryer), SAT TV, telephone. If you wish to savour top culinary specialities, you only have to come down towards the pleasant shade of the a la carte restaurant or pizzeria, and in those rare moments of rain you can enjoy your meal in the roofed part of the restaurant. We are particularly proud of our lounge bar situated on a vast terrace with a beautiful view on Mediterranean surroundings, where you may freshen yourself with your favourite drinks sitting on comfortable reed armchairs. Hotel Borik has made available to its guests direct phone lines, SAT TV, wireless internet, internet cafe, exchange bureau and bicycle rent service. A newly constructed outdoor pool with a section for children supplements hotel's facilities. You can reach the beautiful beaches by foot. The pebbly beach Tatinje is only 200 m away from the hotel, but if you prefer rocky beaches, we recommend you Bilin zal. The path to the sandy beach Przine will lead you through vineyards and olive groves and you will find the sea in that bay warmer than around the rest of the island. It would be a pity not to visit some of the fabulous sites near Lumbarda, which is the reason why the hotel offers excursions on the island and its surroundings, i.e. old town of Korcula and its museums, agroturism, island of Mljet (the National Park and the most densely wooded island in Croatia), the worldwide famous pearl of the Croatian tourism - the town of Dubrovnik, vine roads on the peninsula of Peljesac, the lavender island - Hvar, island of Lastovo, to mention only few.
