Think of your worst hotel experience, and multiply it by two. Enough said.....

This place was very nice staff very friendly . Gated parking was nice to not worry about rental car . Room was very clean and the flat screen was a nice new feature. Location was great centered in the middle of downtown . DID NOT SEE ANY HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE PARK . You can tell that they are re-modeling but from what i seen it is almost complete . Young man on the desk in the evenings was very polite and printed maps to get to the local casinos . Did not get up early for breakfeast but wife did and she enjoyed it. Great security after 10pm you had to show your room key to even get in the front door another nice feature.

Nice bedding, good mattresses, attractive bath room. Security gate didn't respond to keys on each occasion.

Hotel was was too pricey for what it was. It was old and dirty. The room was small and not well kept. Parking was awful. Sounds nice to have gated parking, but it wasn't. Not nearly enough room for all cars. Cars were packed in the lot very tightly and then some. We got in just after 10 p.m. and there was no place in the gated lot to park. Not just an open space, no room anywhere. We had to park out car in outside parking and then walk around the gated area to get in the hotel. Seriously, this was a very poor hotel. Don't waste your time, just go anywhere else.

The tale of two hotels. Clearly an older hotel that was advised the best way to revitalize. The building is older and neighborhood suboptimal (although convenient), but the rooms were completely revitalized (HDTV flat sceen and temperpedic beds) that was well crafted. Guest services did an excellent job providing a better experience than typically associated with a hotel of this infrastucture.

Location, good beds, new and clean decor in room. No airport van service in the early morning. Mix-up with wakeup call.

Hotel was on the edge of Central Avenue so a bit sketchy but i felt safe. The staff a bit lackluster but friendly. the rooms were huge and the 40 inch Flat screen was great -didn't love the tempur pedic bed but that's me and they provided cable for notebooks no wifi but the speed was great. And breakfst was good but overall, quiet, clean and worth staying.

On route 66 and restaurant across the street. Swimming pool dirty. I would stay here again.

It's a cute hotel, w/potential. It's located across the street from a park where homeless sleep

The tempurpedic bed gave me the best night sleep ever! Breakfast room was very nice, and any hotel that has the waffle maker where you make your own has my vote! They are a delicious start to the day. Room was clean, parking was fenced in and safe. Close to Old Town.

We were skeptical about booking an unknown name hotel in a city so far away but it was the closest one to where we needed to be. Location was actually good; walking distance to downtown and the Convention Ctr. A lot of shops and resaturants along the way. The park across the street has a farmer's market on Sat. mornings, no problems any other time. Parking lot is fenced and while it may be small, we had no problems. No issues w/staff or the building.Memory foam mattresses in the rooms were great. Now that I know, I'd stay there again

Looks like they tried to update the rooms. Furnishings are below par and noisy neighbors at 2 am. This hotel is a Dump! They tried to update with a new coat of paint, Big flat screen, tempered mattresses and some new marble accents. However, big screen didn't turn on w/o hotel assistance and then wouldn't turn off. Building looked very run down despite the new paint, pool water looked dirty, room furniture included unit for old TV (now empty hole) with flat screen on top and desk missing requiring you to sit on floor to use internet plug. Noisy drunken neighborsat 2 am going to pool and loudoutside room on walkway next to room windows. Didn't feel safe.

The hotel was clean, but the neighborhood was questionable. There were several strange looking characters in the parking area that made us uncomfortable. We would probably stay there again for the cost of the room.
