Nice hotel in fairly run down area, although close to rail station.

On arrival the room that had been allocated only had 2 beds (for our party of 2 adults and 1 child. The room was changed and we ended up in a 2 bedroom suite. The breakfast was excellent and far surpassed our expectations. Staff were friendly and pleasant. The location was excellent - just a short walk from railway station and to the city and Old Town.

We were a bit unlucky with our room - 2 of the 3 main room lights weren't working... we were above the entrance doors so heard them slide open all the time... terrible pillows and then on last night a major domestic argument about 1.30am and paper thin walls! However the staff and the breakfast were very good.

Everything about the hotel is first class. In reception the staff are friendly & helpful, the breakfast is very good,and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The lift could do with being a bit larger,at busy times it was quicker to use the stairs,even to our 5th floor.The locatoin of the hotel is excellent,only about 7 minutes walk from the main railway station and 15 minutes to the town centre where you are spoilt for choice for bars & restaurants. If you don't want to go far to eat there is a very good restaurant next door to the hotel called the Dubrovnic. All in all a very good hotel to stay in.

Nice hotel, great location! Lovely and clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only negative comment is that there are no tea making facilities in the room.

This hotel is brilliant, it is great value for money. We had a lovely large apartment style room and another bonus is the the amazing breakfast which is included in the cost of the accomodation. There was such a big selection, it was easily the best breakfast I have had at a hotel where it is included is the price. We stayed there as we were going to the Xmas Markets which were a nice walk (about 10mins) from the hotel. Perfect really! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation in Dusseldorf for long or short stays.

Great Location, only 10 minutes from the main train station. Within walking distance of shopping areas, old town etc. We were put in the Apartments and there was plenty heat and Hot water. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Very easy to find from the train station, close to the centre and the old town. Clean, a little noisy at times with other residents coming and going and a decent breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff
