Good service in a nice neighbourhoodI arrived in the morning from New York and was very happy to get my room already at 10.30 a.m. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.

A typical middle range Paris Hotel. Over priced for what it is and everything about the hotel is a bit tired. The arm rest on every chair in the bar was worn through to the filling. The hotel was clean and the room comfortable, the staff were friendly and it is quite well positioned. The breakfast was OK, but they always seemed to running behind on demand. About average for a 3 star hotel in Paris.

at registration i knew we had made a misttake, the lobby, bar and dining facilities were far from what the pictures on travelocity lead me to think. i probably would have just bit my lip and excepted this 358.00 a night box, if the management would have at least turned on the air conditioner, my #1 requirment for consideration for a room was air conditioning. the management took it upon themselves to decide it wasn't hot enough to turn on the air. we also could not get an extra pillow. there were no ice buckets, no concierge, the desk personel were not at all helpfull, you have to walk a considerable distants to the taxi stands. handicapped people are in trouble here.

This hotel is rubish and well overpriced I would rate it at one star. Service was appauling The staff are rude and dont even answer the phone. The food was cold even though some of it was burnt. The rooms are small it felt more like been in a B&B i blackpool. I would definatly never stay here again and would never recomend it.

This is a beautiful hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. After staying in our fair share of questionable establishments in France we were thrilled when we arrived at Hotel Auteuil Tour Eiffel. It was a reasonable walk from the Eiffel Tower itself, but with the amazing Metro in Paris getting around was no problem whatsoever. The facilities were great, clean air conditioned rooms with lots of space, lovely lobby and dining room. We would definitely stay here again! And as an added bonus were received a great rate by booking with online travel website (would have paid more than double to just walk in!).

Relatively well located. Nice and quiet and only a short distance from numerous metro stations

Excellent hotel in ideal location for visiting Paris. Only 5 minutes from the metro station and 15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower or Trocadero. Staff excellent - very friendly and very helpful, while all of the staff also speak good English.A special word of thanks goes to the Hotel Porter, who did everything he could to help us ensure that we caught our flight, due to being let down by an external shuttle company (CAPITOL SHUTTLE). Hotel also offers a shuttle service, so please enquire before booking elsewhere.

I stayed here recently for a surprise trip to Paris for my girlfriends birthday. We were both very impressed with the hotel standards and courtesy of all staff who were english speaking & very friendly. The rooms were of a good size and cleaned daily. As this was a first visit for us to the city of Paris, I would recommend this hotel for the above reasons but also for the location... A walk to the eiffel tower took us about 20 minutes and this was a good base for our sightseeing as the open top bus ran from the tower amongst other locations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone and would definately use it again on future visits. Perhaps we'll return on our honeymoon as we got engaged on our recent visit to the city of lurrrve!

The hotel was ok, nothing great, but I suppose you get what you pay for.The aircon in the room was out of order and tecnicians was only available the following day, which they never came. The shower was out of order. The TV was very old and you could hardly hear anything. The location is good, about 15 min walk from the Eiffel and the staff was VERY helpfull and friendly.

No English channels on t.v, no tea and coffee making fascilities. Location not the best. Overall not un-happy, late-rooms saved us money on our stay, and enjoyed our visit to Paris. Thank you.

The location was good. 20 min walk along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower. I took the train from CDG. Inexpensive (8euros) but time consuming with a lengthy walk at both ends and in the middle to change trains. The neighborhood where the hotel was locatedf contained some handy restaurants and felt very safe for a single traveler. I took the shuttle back to CDG. Expensive for one person but reasonable for two. Very easy. The hotel was clean and bright with all amenaties and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The Hotel Auteuil Tour Eiffel was very close to everything, not far from the Eiffel Tower and Metro stations. The rooms where cleaned every day, and staff very helpful.

The hotel was immaculately clean and tidy with very helpful staff. The breakfast however is very expensive at 16 euro's each for what is a very basic breakfast. I would like to point out that there is a charge for car parking of just over 10 Euro's per night which isnt publicised in any literature that we read. The hotel is nonetheless very high quality and far above the 3 star rating in my opinion. There is a very good cafe bar not far from the hotel called Les Ondes which opens early and closes late and the breakfast there is half the price of the hotel and much better as were all the meals we ate there. Straight out of the hotel to the top of the road and turn left, Les Ondes is on the left at the traffic lights.

Fairly basic hotel, although reasonable for the money paid compared to other Paris hotels.

Good location as it 10 min walk from eiffel tower. when using main line nearest station is javel. If traveling from CDG airport its really easy to get as you catch a train to st michael notre dame station and changetrain towards destination vicks which is C line and get of at javel station. From javel its 5 min walk really easy to find. hotel is clean and staff are friendly

Climatisation très insuffisante. Obligation d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur une fois la nuit tombée.
