Location was fairly convenient and treatment decent. The room was ok but smell of smoke was strong especially on forniture. Despite this, good customer service and convenient shared internet access point for quick email checks.

Very difficult to find on your own due to maze of one-way streets and tunnels in Genoa. Rooms are average size and approximately clean, but most have a window openening only to a central air plaza that smells bad. Staff are frendly, breakfast is good coffees, rolls, yogurt, granola, some fruit. But there must be better hotel options in Genoa.

This hotel was chosen as I was advised to avoid area around stazione Principe if possible,and to go for area nearer stazione Briniole.The 33 and 34 buses stop outside and take you to all the places you would want to explore as well as both railway stations-necessary as it is a steep climb back up to the hotel on foot.We stayed 4 nights and would use it again.
