Very pleasant right in the City. Close to shopping centres and other amenities. The only snag was pick up and drop off facilities were not adequate. We were told that your agent should provide these facilities. We have travelled in other parts of India where we were picked up and dropped off to Airport directly by the Hotel. There should be more choice in the breakfast ie: fruits.

The room I was given was facing a apartment building which was filthy.My room had a lizard in it.The ac would blow mud /sand onto my bed. The laundry guy did not return all my clothes. When confronted they said I did not count it right. The computer did not work half the time or the boss was not in to open the office. I quickly moved to Le Meridian after the experience at this hotel.
