Must peo[le were in the Hotel to go to the opera in Arena de Verona. Breakfast was excellent and rooms well equiped and clean. People in reception was too rigid because we check out before time to go to see the city, was raining and finally we did not leave the Hotel but we did not have place to stay until the hour rain stoped.

Quite good and essential hotel, really close to the "Arena" (5 minutes walking!), recommended for a few day accomodation (we've booked just one night for a concert and we were satisfied). Employees are very kindly and the breakfast good. It's quite expensive for a 2 stars hotel but there aren't any cheaper alternatives in the hystorical center of Verona ! Bye all (I hope you'll understand my poor english...).

Nice hotel near the important sites in Verona. Parking is a problem and location is not easy to find, especially at night. Staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

We were on vacation in Northern Italy for 2 weeks. Stayed in Many hotels. This was by far the nicest room. A/C was operating very well. Great Value for money. They have no internet connection but directed me to sister hotel close by. On street parking worked well. Breakfast was fine. The room in this hotel is 4-5* quality

We booked this hotel purely for the location. We were only in Verona one night and wanted to be close to the arena. Couldn't be better location wise but the hotel itself is pretty basic and quite dark and dreary. Very expensive for a 2 star!!

Festival prices (Arena di Verona). Good loctaion for the opera (central, quiet). But 150 Euro is a LOT to pay for an OK two star. Still; sellers market, I'm afraid....

The hotel is okay, it was very annoying though that I had called in advance and ordered a babycot for my two year old son. When I arrived the cot was not in the room and asking at the reception first I was told they did not have one. Only when I threatened to move out they got one for me. Besides I had to rent a double room because of the baby. Usually baby cots fit in any room in the world. The breakfast was very good, though!

Very good small hotel in quiet central location. Excellent value and service. Deserves a higher rating.

Very good breakfast, fresh fruits. Hotel personal is very kind and is of good advice. Nevertheless, one negative point is that they were building new rooms during our stay, so no possibility to sleep after 9:00am because of much noise. Overall good stay, 10 minutes walking to city center, a bit noisy.

My group consisted of 3 couples (large age range). Everyone enjoyed the stay. Rooms were a good size, clean and had nice bathrooms. Hotel was clean and quiet despite construction work. Being located just off the beaten path in Verona provided us with a quiet setting, but closeness to the sites and activites of the town. Hotel gave great recommnedations for restaurants close to the property and provided their own very nice breakfast.

Our room was not clean. The hot water didn't work, I tried to talk to the receptionist, but he only pretend to speak english, said that he'll fix it in 5 minutes, but ofcourse it still didn't work. The bed is horrible and the sheets didn't feel clean. The whole hotel was dusty from renovation. Location is pretty central, but for the price I paid, I think I at least deserved hot water! Breakfast is great, but that couldn't make up the service they gave me. I would NEVER come back to this place again.

Verona is a peaceful, interesting city where people are nice & relaxed. It's easy to walk every where from the hotel. The trattoria just by the hotel is another treasure in a charming, romantic town. The room -double with a small balcony open on the interior court, was clean and pleasant.
