Bad location but easy bus to Venice in 40 minutes. Air condition was not working and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Not very cleaned, 50% unfriendly staff.

Bad hotel, bad location, bad breakfast (is included a continental breakfast) bread butter and jam. Staff very unpolite.

the hotel was a bit run down, the rooms very small and the walls very scuffed. it was a good distance from venice, I expected it to be much closer.
