if youre looking for rude know it all managers this is the place genaral manager not on property he'll be in tomorrow (yah right)there 6 day never there next manager down rude and will rip you off if she can regular taxi to airport 50 bolivians hotels airport sevice one price if you ask but when they drop you off almost twice as much I was made to pay 70 bolivians when drop off remember taxi off street only 50 from airport to same hotel.while I was there robbers kicked in maybe 8 guest rooms doors cleaning out guess of there stuff even local say its a dive and the locals are poor,lol the joke around santa cruz is 4 stars hotel at day at night 3 the lighted stars on outside only 3 lite up at least 2 more stars need to burn out, like at the rat trap they call Arenal!!!!: ( this is not my first hotel in s.america the hotel across the street from bus station in quito ecudor was nicer and we all know bus station are'nt in good neighborhoods!

Although people were really nice and helpful, the facilities are really dusty: I haven't slept for a long time (and I travel a lot) in a more deterioarated bed (sprigns kaputt, sleep turned), the shower watertaps were falling out, the shower-pipe was tide with schotchtape, etc.
