Short break at Hotel Antich MuraThe hotel looked most inviting from the moment we stepped through the front door, and the quality of service, the comfortable room and excellent break fast surpassed our expectations. The hotel was very convenient for the Railway Station and local buses and restaurants.The staff were always helpful and smiling. We will re commend this hotel to our friends and would like to return.

Great hotel in great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us info about wonderful places to eat. The air conditioner was actually operating in April and you controlled temps yourself. Breakfast was good with a lot of selections. I would definitly stay again.

Great location right in the middle of town but with facilities so that you can get away from it all. Lovely pool in a lemon grove with friendly bar service. Room was very nice if a little small but definitely well serviced and maintained. Highly recommended hotel with friendly staff, free WiFi and fantastic breakfast spread.

Situated on edge of vertiginous ravine but in centre of town. Elegant and friendly. Terrific breakfast, no other meals served while we were there (Feb).

Fantastic hotel with great service. We upgraded to a Suite for a few dollars more. The room was very large and nice but was located next to the breakfast room. It was very noisy from 630am to 10am. The rest of the day, the room was very quiet. The staff were exceptional and spoke english. I would highly recommend this hotel just don't get the room next to the breakfast area.

Just came back from a wonderful trip to Sorrento. The Antiche Mura was a good hotel, but nothing spectacular. I'd say that it's a little bit pricy (130Euros), however one might say that it's for its central location, a block from the buzz. The hotel pool is quite good. The major downside is that you have to pay 10 euros for parking. I've never been in a top hotel which charges its customers for parking. Most of all, the car stays outdoors, in an alley next to the hotel. All in all, I recommend this hotel for the excelent location, but don't think it's worth more than 100 Euros per night.

The Antiche Mura provides a really excellent standard of service. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are well appointed and serviced twice a day, including fresh towels! Sorrento is noisy, expensive and touristy, but is a great base from which to explore the Amalifi coast and this hotel provides a welcome oasis of calm amid the bustle.

This was an extremely well-run and frendly, efficient hotel. Not cheap but that's Sorrento in August. Great pool in a lemon tree garden. The staff make a terrific effort to make you feel welcome.
