The Restaurant Galerie, decorated in modern style, looks out onto the green surroundings of the hotel, through the glass windows of its conservatory. The restaurant, with its 26 seats, is a smoke-free zone, making it the ideal place to enjoy excellent French and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as an extensive selection of fine wines. It offers about 100 different wines by the bottle, sparkling wine and champagne from a range of German, French, Italian, Spanish, Californian and South American wine producing regions. Exhibitions of paintings take place in the Restaurant Galerie all year round. The Panorama Restaurant is an inviting place in which to throw a party in stylish surroundings or simply enjoy the wonderful view over Saarbruecken.
