The Hotel Am Moosfeld was opened in May 1984 and has been managed by the Bredenfeld family since then. In the beginning the hotel had 60 guest bedrooms, and over time the Bredenfeld family have extended the building further without losing the homely charm of the hotel, and so today the hotel possesses 219 guest bedrooms.

Our rooms offer all that you would expect from a 4-star business hotel:
functional, practical, well-presented. All rooms have a spacious bathroom with shower and hairdryer; in the guest bedrooms, alongside numerous extra options, we offer you free DSL-connection (a cable is needed and can be bought at reception for 6.00 ) and a small recommendation on the house.

Our relaxation area with indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna / steam room is situated on the ground floor of Guest House II; there you have the opportunity of keeping fit whilst travelling, and to relax.

In our Bistro you can start the day from 06:30 hours with an extensive breakfast from our buffet our well-balanced breakfast range gives you a good start to the day.

The pleasant refined atmosphere in the Kaminstube is the ideal setting for business meals, business and family celebrations, a cosy evening with friends or a romantic candlelit dinner for two. We serve national and international specialities daily from 17:00 hours.
