The hotel is located close to the Marco Polo International Airport, only 3. 5 km away, and only 8 km from Venice Piazzale Roma and Mestre train station. It is about 15 minutes by bus and the bus stop is close by. Only 4. 5 km away there is also a branch of the Venice Casino. The hotel can arrange transfers on request to all of those destinations. The hotel is located right in the city centre of Favaro Veneto, a district of Mestre and it is surrounded by all the amenities typical of a small town, like bars and restaurants and shops.

Modern building surrounded by a private parking space.

All the rooms have been recently refurbished and equipped with all the modern comforts, including soundproof windows. All rooms are, along with the bathrooms, in excellent condition.

Lobby is small but well presented with plants and flowers.

The breakfast room has also been recently refurbished but it still remains a bit basic on the decorations. The room is spacious and well organised and a buffet breakfast is arranged for all guests.

1 kms to city centre, 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 30 kms to the airport (treviso), 4 km to the nearest station (mestre), 40 km to the nearest beach, 5 kms to the airport (marco polo).
