Built in the mid 20th century and restored in 1999, Hotel Alexandra sits in the centre of Madrid, minutes away from major tourist attractions such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace. One area of the hotel will be done at a time so that disturbance to guests is limited and goes unnoticed. Works will last for a few months and will take place every day until 18:00 hours to shorten the length of the refurbishment process. There are strict orders for there not to be any noise disturbance until about 11:00am depending on the comings and goings of the customers. The severity of this renovation is low. ***
