We had a very large apartment with 2 rooms on 9th floor. Good breakfast and good location. 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz.

Excellent service from the time we arrived. The hotel is well placed only 5 minutes from the busy Alexander Platz and is very close to all means of transport. Tea and coffee making facilities would make this the perfect hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent hotel. A bit of a walk from Alexandrplatz but very near the bus to Tegel Airport. Breakfast was good.

Non-smoking room had an ash tray and smelled like smoke. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel. We walked to museum island, as well as Checkpoint Charlie (the main Berlin Wall tourist spot) and the Jewish museum. The Jewish museum would be a long walk for some people, though. Breakfast was pretty good. Internet cost 13 euros a day.

Located next to a tram stop, it is a decent hotel with easy transport access, yet there is nothing particularly attractive.

check in is at 2pm however we arrived early - 10.30am and they checked us in - great to drop of the bags and start exploring. Bit of a treck to find - suggest you print off a map first! Only 2 lifts and one was tempermental. Room had the bed, TV and bathroom - no coffee making facilities, far too hot. Overall a good place to bed down.

The hotel has a very good location near to the underground and bus stops. It is also clean and quite cheap. Recommended for who wants to visit Berlin whithout spending too much.

Perfect 3 star hotel. We (family of four) have stayed there twice, and will definately use it again. Great location for public transport. Great breakfast. Very good service. Comfortable beds and very very clean.
