Hotel Actual is the result of an ambitious project that came to fruition in 2001, managed by the Architectural studio under Juan Arts and Oriol Cupet. Santiago Nin, in designing the interior spaces with furnishings from Gimeno 102, has achieved a fresh, contemporary ambience.

This sophisticated 3 star hotel is characterized by its great location, as it is situated in the heart of historic Barcelona downtown and just opposite to La Pedrera, one of Gaudi's masterpieces. Hotel Actual is located in the L'Eixample district, just a short walk away of five minutes from Las Ramblas.

With style and elegance, this property features a total of thoughtfully furnished 29 rooms that are equipped with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a hi-fi stereo system, Internet access, a mini bar, a king-sized bed, central heating and a safe.
