Hotel Abendstern

The Abendstern Hotel lies close to links to the train and bus networks as well as to an excellent selection of restaurants, which are to be found approximately 150 m away. Famous Kurfrstendamm with its many shopping options is 500 m away and it is around 1.5 km to the ICC congress centre. Moreover, the Brandenburg Gate is 3 km from the hotel and an array of museums, such as historical Checkpoint Charlie, are a mere 3.5 km from the hotel. Tegel and Tempelhof airports lie at a distance of 6 km from the hotel and it is 25 km to Schoenefeld airport.

Opened in 2003 and renovated in 2004, the 4-storey Abendstern Hotel comprises a total of 41 rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, lifts and WLAN Internet access (via guests' laptop computers; please ask at the reception desk for further details on this service).

The cosy rooms have been tastefully furnished in a classical style, offering a both welcoming and relaxing ambience. Each of the rooms comes with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access and central heating as standard. All rooms are equipped with electric kettle and with different kinds of tea.

Remarks: The hotel does not have a private car park, but provides parking tokens for a small additional fee. This parking token will allow guests to park their cars in public parking spaces without any extra payment. Because of the limited availability of parking tokens, the hotel recommends that guests reserve them in advance.
