Built in 2009, the new, family-friendly 4Youth Am Mauerpark hotel offers guests accommodation amidst thrilling contemporary German history and the chance to enjoy a vibrant lifestyle. Occupying the perfect location between East and West, this new hotel resides on historical ground, and the property and its staff are devoted to the contemporary history of Berlin. With its large-scale, spectacular photos and interesting motifs, the excitement of the location is reflected throughout the entire building, from the lobby to the rooms themselves. This property comprises a total of 96 rooms including 12 junior suites. Facilities on offer to guests at this establishment include a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe, breakfast room and WLAN Internet access (for an additional fee). There is a car park and covered garage parking for those arriving by car (charges apply).

The 4Youth Am Mauerpark hotel is situated right across from the famous Mauerpark and in close proximity to the Gedenksttte Berliner Mauer (Berlin Wall Memorial). Only a short walk away guests will find Kastanienallee, Oderberger Strasse, the Kulturbrauerei (800 m) and Kollwitzplatz (1.5 km) which offer a huge variety of interesting cafes, restaurants and shops. Alexanderplatz and the TV Tower (city centre) are 2.7 km away. It is approximately 10 km to Tegel Airport and around 25 km to Schoenefeld Airport.

The rooms are furnished in a modern and friendly style and come with a bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a WC and a hairdryer. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone and a flat-screen TV (on request).

The price of the stay includes a huge breakfast buffet. From Monday to Friday (apart from bank holidays) breakfast is served from 7 am until 10 am, and on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 5 am until 11 am.

Guests arriving from Tegel Airport (TXL) should get the TXL bus to the S-Bahn (urban rail) station Beusselstrae. There, change to the S41 (ring/circle line) towards Gesundbrunnen. Change there onto the U8 towards Hermannstrae and get off at Bernauer Strae. Those coming from Schnefeld Airport (SXF) should take the S-Bahn S9 for Blankenburg/Pankow and get off at the stop Gesundbrunnen. Change onto the U8 towards Hermannstrae and get off at Bernauer Strae.

What are your breakfast options?: We offer a daily breakfast buffet starting at 7:00am, finishing at 10:00 am. On the weekend, breakfast time is from 8:00am till 11:00am. Breakfast is charged 5 Euro per person.
What can I do nearby?: We are located within the heart of Berlin surrounded by the well known districts of Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Wedding. Most of Berlin's attractions like Alexanderplatz or the Reichstag and the Brandenburg Gate can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by public transport. The underground is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Bus and tram depart in front of the hotel.
Do you have internet?: We do offer WLAN for all floors. Within the lobby, we do have free Wi-Fi; for the floors you could purchase internet codes for 1 hour (1,00 €), 6 hours (3,00 €) or 24 hours (5,00 €). Besides, we have two PCs in the lobby available.
