I checked in after mid-night. Staff was accommodating, the room was fairly clean, although the pillows smelled musty. The light was burned out and I could not see if anyone was in the room when I entered. I was traveling alone and the room opened into the parking lot and was not in view of the office. There was a dead-bolt lock on the door and the room had been remodeled, I probably won't stay there again. Either the shampoo or the water irritated my eyes so bad they became very red.

I called for directions and could not understand the receptionist. When I checked in, I gave them my Orbitz voucher for the room. They gave me a single room at the double price I reserved on Orbitz. The room smelled of smoke and it was suppose to be a non-smoking room, the bed was so uncomfortable, my son and I could not get to sleep.
