Hosteria del Recodo was undertaken with local professionals. Taking into account the characteristics of its construction-it can be said that it was almost a handcrafted and innovating work in this area houses are normally built with wood and corrugated iron sheets-since until the moment in which it was built only the winter ski resort had been built with these characteristics. Built with stone and local wood lenga-the Hosteria del Recodo was growing step by step and with a lot of effort. The interior walls of the Hosteria del Recodo are completely covered.
