The building is relatively modern and very clean, in the accommodation units as well as the shared areas. It comprises a total of 90 units and offers an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, lift access, a cafe, a games room, a TV room, a restaurant, Internet access/WLAN and a launderette. All accommodation comes with shared bathroom facilities. The guesthouse offers single and double accommodation units, all of the no-frills variety, which are however cosy and functional and offer Internet access. A TV, a double bed and central heating come as standard and a washing machine is provided. The bathroom facilities are shared and there are 4 per floor.,
