L´Antic Espai , such its name indicates , is a trip to ancient times where a quality service and its uncommon decoration are the most important values. The most insignificant details have been well cared for creating a special atmosphere. Every corner is filled with old "jewels" conserved perfectly. Corridors and rooms take the guest to old times of luxury and ostentation but impregnated by a humbled and helpful staff. All the objects that you will find at the hostel have the best quality. According to this philosophy , all the rooms have been equipped and decorated with unique furniture as well as the last technologies which take the guest to the real world. Its 10 rooms are all fully equipped. Hotel Special Conditions , please read carefully: 1. The first night of your reservation will be charged by the hostel in order to confirm your reservation. In case of cancellation within the cancellation policy the total amount of the first night will be refunded immediately by the hostel to your bank account. In case of no show , the total amount of the stay will be charged by the hostel. 2. Once your reservation is confirmed , all cancellations must be done at least 72 hours before your scheduled date of arrival. Cancellations in breach of this policy will be charged the first night plus taxes. 3. If your reservation is for 3 nights or more , you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your stay if you do not cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled date of arrival. In case of no show , the total amount of the stay will be charged by the hostel. 4. Once at the hostel , if you decide to go away before the date booked for any reason , please inform the hostel 48 hours before your new departure date , otherwise the hostel will charge you the whole stay. 5. Please note that only Visa and MasterCard are accepted by the hostel. 6. Weekends: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. If you book for a weekend , please be aware that even if you stay only one night , the hostel will charge you the 2 nights. If you inform the hostel 72 hours in advance , the complete reservation will be canceled with no charges. 7. Reservations at promotional rates (special offers) cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
